DuraClear is a single component commercial waterborne floor finish recommended at a spread rate of 500 square feet per gallon.  Dry touch touch and ready for extra coats in 2-3 hours.  Light traffic after 12 hours and full traffic/rugs/liquid after a week.  4 sheens available.
