The Loba Roller Bucket is a professional-grade bucket designed specifically for roller dipping when applying waterborne finishes and sealers. Instead of pouring finish directly onto the floor, you load your roller straight from the bucket giving you tighter control over material usage, film build, and edge behavior.
The tight-sealing lid allows you to close the bucket and save material for later, making it ideal for single-component finishes and sealers where extended pot life matters. Less waste, less mess, and fewer variables during application.
This is a simple but highly effective tool for contractors who care about consistency and minimizing finish loss.
Why Use a Roller Bucket Instead of Pouring
•Controlled material loading - Even saturation without flooding the floor
•Less finish waste – Especially helpful on open joints and wider cracks
•Cleaner application – Reduces puddling, lap marks, and burn-ins
•Seal & save – Close the lid and reuse later with 1K finishes and sealers
Best Use Cases
•Waterborne single-component finishes
•Sealers where precision matters
•Floors with wide cracks or open joints
•Tannin-sensitive species like white oak
•Jobs where minimizing material loss is critical
Product Features
•Designed for roller dipping
•Tight-sealing lid to preserve unused finish
•Durable, reusable bucket
•Compatible with standard professional roller sizes
•Ideal for waterbased floor systems
Dustin’s Notes
Sometimes dipping is the smarter move. On floors with wider cracks, pouring can dump finish straight into the voids and disappear fast. Dipping gives you control. I also prefer this method on tannin-sensitive species like white oak, where puddles can cause burn-ins or color reaction issues. It’s not for every job—but when it’s right, it’s really right.
