DuraSeal Wax & Cleaner is a blend of cleaning agents and wax designed to remove scuff marks, embedded dirt, and surface buildup while restoring a soft, maintained sheen to waxed wood floors. The Neutral version is intended for lighter wood tones and natural surfaces.

A lot of older homes still have waxed floors, and homeowners are often told to use modern cleaners that really aren’t designed for them. This product works more like traditional floor maintenance — clean, refresh, buff, and move on.
One important warning: do not try coating over surfaces maintained with wax products using polyurethane later without proper wax removal. Wax contamination is one of the fastest ways to create adhesion failure on a refinish job.

Application Directions
- Remove dust and grit by sweeping or vacuuming.
- Shake container thoroughly before use.
- Apply with a cloth or fine steel wool pad.
- Spread evenly at approximately 500 sq. ft. per gallon.
- Gently rub surface to loosen dirt and buildup.
- Wipe away loosened residue.
- Allow to dry for 20–30 minutes.
- Polish using a clean cloth or polishing machine.
Higher humidity, cooler temperatures, or heavy application may increase dry time.

- Do not use on surfaces other than wood
- Do not apply polyurethane over Wax & Cleaner residue
- Do not thin or adulterate product
- Keep away from sparks, flame, and heat sources
