DuraSeal DuraClear Max is a premium two-component waterborne polyurethane/acrylic floor finish engineered for high-traffic residential and commercial floors. Its advanced two-part chemistry delivers excellent scratch, moisture, chemical, and slip resistance, making it a top choice where long-term performance is critical.
Unlike traditional one-component waterbased finishes, Max uses a separate hardener (Part B) to activate the finish (Part A), giving you a high-build, commercial-grade film that stays clear over time and won’t amber.
With a six-hour pot life, DuraClear Max provides plenty of working time while still allowing a fast recoat interval (~2 hours) for quicker return to service on occupied jobs.

• Sheen: Satin (this SKU), also available in Flat, Semi-Gloss, and Gloss
• Mix: 1 part Hardener (Part B) to 10.5 parts finish (Part A)

Important Limits
• Two-component systems must be mixed accurately each use
• Once activated, finish must be used within pot life (~6 hrs)
• Not for exterior applications
