DuraClear® 1k Water-Based Urethane Floor Finish

This is the water-based finish we reach for when consistency, clarity, and low-odor performance matter from coat one to final cure.

DuraClear is a GREENGUARD-certified, non-ambering, single-component urethane floor finish designed to deliver reliable results on residential and commercial hardwood floors—without the headaches of mixing, strong odors, or unpredictable sheen.

Why contractors choose DuraClear

  • Non-ambering clarity – Keeps natural and stained floors true to color

  • Excellent scratch, moisture & chemical resistance – Built for real use, not just showroom floors

  • Consistent sheen & great leveling – Lays down clean with minimal texture

  • Low VOC / very low odor – GREENGUARD Certified, LEED compliant

  • Easy application – Single-component, no catalyst, no pot life issues

Dustin’s Notes

DuraClear is a dependable choice when you want predictable results without managing a two-component system. It levels well, doesn’t amber, and behaves exactly how you expect-especially on residential jobs or light commercial spaces where consistency and low odor matter. The key is proper prep and not overworking it; let the finish do what it’s designed to do.
