Cubitron II Berger-Seidle Abraprime 5" No-Hole Hook and Loop Sanding Discs
For American Sanders HydraSand Attachments
This is the abrasive we reach for when scratch consistency and disc life matter more than tradition.
Cubitron II Berger-Seidle Abraprime 5" No-Hole Discs are engineered specifically for multi-disc sanding systems, where uneven scratch patterns and short disc life show up immediately in the finished floor. These discs use advanced engineered ceramic grain that self-fractures as it wears, continuously exposing fresh cutting edges instead of dulling out.
The result is a disc that cuts evenly across all heads, maintains cut speed far longer than conventional abrasives, and produces a tight, predictable scratch pattern that cleans up easily. This is especially critical on HydraSand systems, where inconsistency between discs becomes visible fast.
The no-hole hook and loop design maximizes abrasive contact with the pad, improving cut efficiency and extending disc life by eliminating unused surface area.

Dustin’s Notes
This disc had a quiet cult following before it was easy to get here. Guys were importing it themselves because nothing else behaved this predictably on HydraSand. The biggest difference is how even the scratch looks across the entire floor, not just under one head. It avoids chasing cut speed at the expense of cleanup later.
