AquaSeal PowerFiller is a colorless, waterborne wood floor filler designed to be mixed directly with fine sanding dust from the floor you’re working on. That means the filled joints, cracks, and nail holes dry to an exact match of the parent wood, not a generic filler color.
Its light gel consistency spreads easily, packs into gaps without slumping, and sands clean without chipping out. Once cured, it accepts stain evenly and plays well under both waterborne finishes and oil systems when used correctly.

This is one of those products that quietly saves jobs. Mixing it with 80–100 grit dust from the actual floor gives you a filler that disappears after sanding and staining. The key is working fast and troweling it tight—don’t leave residue on the surface or you’ll make more work for yourself later. Let it dry fully, then take your final cut clean.
