Berger-Seidle Flex Fill Color is a high-performance, acrylic, silicone-free gap filler engineered specifically for hardwood flooring professionals. Available in strategic, natural wood-tone colors, this caulk blends seamlessly with common hardwood species, stains, and even mortar or tile transitions—making it one of the most versatile and believable color-match fillers in the flooring world.
Its advanced formula delivers excellent adhesion and long-term elasticity, allowing it to expand and contract with seasonal wood movement. Flex Fill Color is perfect for filling stubborn gaps between boards, refining transitions next to tile or metal, repairing unfinished edges, or correcting unresolved gaps before or after refinishing. With its strong bonding ability, it can even act as a light-duty adhesive when needed.
AquaSeal® FlexFill is solvent-free, odor-free, and fully top-coatable with all commercial wood floor finishes—waterborne or oil-based, including the full Berger-Seidle lineup. It works beautifully on both finished and unfinished hardwood floors, and its dry time and coverage depend on gap size.
For application, any standard 10.5 oz caulk gun fits perfectly, including the inexpensive big-box-store guns most contractors already own. For smoother, more controlled pressure during long beads, I also carry specialized high-ratio caulk guns that make application more consistent and professional.
Once applied and coated, Flex Fill Color delivers a clean, color-matched finish that integrates naturally with the surrounding wood or transition.
